Happy New Year

I decided late in 2019 that my blog needed a reboot. I love Instagram but sometimes a few pictures aren't enough.

A new year and a decade at that, seemed to be a great time to get back to it.

Lots of patchwork, sock knitting and crafty bits along with my various recipes and experiments with keto living. 

Also kick-starting my diet as I've put on a few extra kilos since my operation and Christmas.

Kids are back to school tomorrow and my alarm is set for 5.30am for the first time in 3 weeks, ouch, it's going to hurt. 

Just a few pictures to brighten up this post, last weekend we visited Château selles sur cher which is about 90 minutes from here for their Chinese light festival.  The displays were huge and totally unexpected in rural France. On the way home we found a kebab restaurant and enjoyed a lovely meal.
